Well, I have been doing lots of yoga. I have perfected my tri-corner headstand and my crow. My body just loves having my booty high in the air. However, when it comes to headstands I am not doing so well. Anybody know any way to not hurt my neck????
In the next month I will be starting with YogaFit to get my level one certification. Waaaaahooooo!
Work; I have been off for almost two months. I start back to work at my new job on the 30th. Very excited about it. Looking forward to working in a new state and with a whole new group of people.
Holidays are here and I am battling my own wish of eating everything in site, maintaining my yoga strength, and peace of mind. Also, not getting sick, again, from my nephew at Christmas.
To my friend that wanted me to update my blog- here ya go for now . Love ya!

Little Handbag Memories
Every lady owns a small handbag, or two, or twenty! I recently reviewed mine while cleaning out my closet with my mother. She had a wonderful idea that I wish to share.
You will need:
Your clutch
An index card
Pen
An event to attend!
Using your pen write the date and event you are attending.
Store it inside your clutch.
Each time you use this clutch update the card.
You could even write who gave it to you, why they gave it to you, or if you bought it for yourself for a special occasion and then start writing each time you carried it.
Think of all of the great memories you will recount whenever you use your clutch.

Life is funny
As always, life is funny. It keeps our days interesting.
Since this time last year I am a blessed wife. Mike is still with us thanks to God, modern medicine, and pure will.
I am also looking for a new job. It is a great opportunity to change directions after ten years. I can't believe it's been ten years. Looking for my second career with a huge smile on my face.
My parents have been so generous. They got me a new jacket, dress, hosiery, and an all expense paid makeover. I feel like I have no hair! It's still long for most but short for me. I had facial procedures like crazy. I call them names by want the hand held gizmo looks like. I.e. The putty knife, cotton ball, magic toothbrush, clear magic wand. lol!
I am loving yoga and wishing there was more Zumba. Wish I could teach it full time. Barre classes are starting in town and I can't wait!
Life keeps changing and keeps me laughing at all the fun stuff.

Living our life
We decided , after the hubby was feeling better to celebrate our ten year wedding anniversary. We went to scotland. We chose to celebrate ours years together and his life.
Hiking into Ben Nevis was long and hard, and we survived.
Living in and out with each other; no work, friend, gym, or volunteer obligations shows you just whom you married. Gosh, I am glad I love my choice.
Where to next? I don't really care, as long as he holds my hand.

Four admission for valentines
Just before Valentines day, the hubby had his fourth hospital admission. His entire bowel was unhappy, again. Two days in the hospital did the trick. He liked all of his nurses, but hopes to run into them at Wal-Mart instead of a hospital bed. They agreed :-)
Thank goodness we are in the beginning of June and so far, so good. He still has lots of pain in his lungs and such, but we are looking forward to some discontinuation of medication at the end of the month.
Yeah!
However, on Valentines day we attended his PaPa's funeral. What a wonderful Christian man. Directly after that his grandmother has surgery. she is recovering well, but is missing PaPa beyond belief. As I love my husband like she loved hers', I totally understand and pray for her strength.
Continuing on, my company changed hands through all of this and so, I have new owners. We are learning each other. How we like to work, how we like to enjoy seniors, and more.
I seem to be traveling a lot to do education; for myself and to train others. Very busy. Lot's of gas and miles.
I did P90X for a month and really liked it. Ran into some foot problems. Back to Zumba in the past two weeks so that I can get back into shape, hopefully to teach again, and then get back into P90X. Love the strength I got from it.
Looking forward to vacation in the next few months.
Working on eating healthy. Be on the look out for my notes on intermittent fasting. Please encourage me on!
I had put some of my volunteer work on hold while the hubs has been ill. slowly working on getting back to what I was doing. A few things I think will stay off my list so I can continue to focus on him and myself. I think it is best. I was so busy, I could hardly think sometimes.
Love to everyone.

Five ER visits and three hospitalizations
The hubby just couldn't stay well. He got sick over New years again and we decided to keep him home and try to treat him here. It basically worked. Then after that he got sick again. His chest hurt him something terrible.
Back into the hospital for a few more days. 22 now in total.
Came home and back to the hospitl again with more c-diff. This time they sent him home from the ER instead of an admission. The doctor said something to the effect of, "you already built the newest wing and we have no plans for more construction at this time." Funny, and thank goodness we came home.
Since then we have been batteling C-diff at home. Not very effectively. Trying vancomycin now. Waiting on silly pharmacy rules stinks though.
As this had progressed, work is undergoing a change of ownership, the plumbing sent water up and through the floor of the house, and hubby's wonderful Papaw is on a ventillator and dialysis in the hospital.
Please pray for Papaw and my wonderful hubs. They both need health, peace, and no stress.

A Rupture to a New year
The hubby came home a few days after Christmas. He was high as a kite. When he was coming down from it, he was "as giddy as a school boy". We opened gifts because he wanted to, however, he was soooo high from the after effects of 8 days on pain meds he only remembers part of it.
The hubby is having lots of follow-ups for his medication. He has a lab test at least once a week to monitor the coagulation of his blood.
As we rounded the corner into the year 2013 he could have gone back into the hospital for the third time as a flare up of the C-Diff appeared. While waiting on test results the hubs took Flagyl prophylacticly.
Slowly, he went back to work at the home depot. He was told they needed help in garden and that he would run his department and garden. So much for slow.
He had a nose bleed. Just the thing to have on an anti-coagulant for a PE while having C-Diff. No bleeding allowed, yet, um....he does.
The hubs feels stronger every day, yet he still hurts, feet feel bruised, and is still waiting on his body to function like normal and feel normal. At least this weekend he has been able to come home to yummy lunches made by the Wif.
Love my honey, love taking care of him, and ready for God to make him well and whole again. So, 2013, welcome to the McDaniel household that is only focused on the hubby's wellness and strength.
